Postmaster Services  Disabling Eudora's SMTP Check Eudora users may find they have trouble sending to email addresses using virtual domains hosted on the WebHelps IMail® Server. This is a result of Eudora's SMTP Relay Check, which is performed automatically and invisibly, prior to sending. Disabling this Check will resolve the problem. Instructions. In Eudora, go to the Tools menu. Under Options, click Sending Mail. The window above will appear. Uncheck the [Send on Check] box.
