Our network of web sites (the "Network") provides these Services through proprietary web applications that integrate both proprietary and third-party software into a unique system customers manage through a single administrative interface.
Although many of the Network's applications and databases are shared, customers and their users are able to interact in completely independent environments. This shared system allows us to keep our operating costs low and pass the savings along to our customers in the form of low subscription fees.
This levels the playing field for smaller organizations, by allowing them to setup interactive sites using Services they normally could not afford. For example, professional-grade voice chat software, such as we offer by subscription for less than $20/month, costs more than $50K and requires a full-time chat administrator to install, setup, monitor, and upgrade. |
| WhatHelps?® offers its Services in plans and packages, for one low monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription fee. The completely free Services provided in our Freebie Package are advertising-supported. We also offer a variety of optional paid Extras and Upgrades for all Services, Plans, and Packages - many for just a one-time setup fee.
Our online community, wiki, and add-on web tools may be seamlessly integrated into a web site, or they may be used independently without a site. All Services are hosted on our servers, so our customers do not need to install or maintain anything. Upgrades are free and automatic for all existing accounts. |
