I want to thank Webhelps and my Support Team for the outstanding work the team has given WUNRN, the Women's UN Report Network. Specifically, I yesterday had problems with the ListServe site, and the Support Team resolved them for me, and with much anxiety on my side!! I want to share with all at Webhelps that WUNRN is the most active Gender ListServe in the world, and going from the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and throught the UN system, to grass roots programs as a women's organization WASSA in western Afghanistan, and a program for Widows on Lake Victoria in Keyna. The European Women's Lobby is part of WUNRN and carries our information to some 4000 organizations throughout Europe. We reach, through extended networks, some 75,000 people working on human rights and social justice of women and girls throughout the world. Webhelps is my partner in this WUNRN program. You help me reach this important and vast audience. Our previous server situation became a crisis when they were posting ads, first at the end of releases, then in the beginning. Not only were these ads not professional, as WUNRN is highly academic, but also the ads were totally distasteful to our program in their content. It was truly an emergency when we had to immediately make a change. My web tech wizard, Nate Rollins, had heard good comments about Webhelps. Over a weekend, and with good phone conversations from Nate to our Support Team, and my biting my fingernails and pacing the floor, you got us up and running again, and so much better than ever before. Hi...what can I say...well, the freebie package that 'webhelps' provides is great, just what I need to start my new & small business venture. I'm from New Zealand, so it's available worldwide. I'm not a computer geek...by no means...so to develop/design my web pages I use their WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get)...I find it easy to use, and I love the little extras it provides...email graphics, comment form, load your own pictures & own links, choose your own colours, fonts, etc. etc., you can even use your own email address, not the one 'webhelps' provides...it makes me feel professional, that I do know something about building my own website/pages...IT IS QUITE EASY TO USE!!! Why not take a look at my site, though I am using the very basic of what 'webhelps' provides. Yep! The freebie package is just what I need...at the mo'

FANTASTIC !!!!! We have been with WhatHelps/WebHelps for a year or 2 now, and the service has consistently been exceptional - and we're sure most are aware this is a 'rare find' these days. Response to a support ticket is virtually immediate, with either an immediate fix, or a thorough and understandable dialogue continued until the problem has been resolved. In our case the service Chris provided us was amazing.... troubleshooting with us till all hours of the night, her time, (daytime ours), providing solutions and ensuring everything was absolutely a-ok (on-going) before closing the support ticket. Our site visitors and users of the tools most definately appreciate that due to this support, we can offer THEM an excellent service - and that's what it's all about.
